Southern Segway were one of the first official Segway dealers in the UK, and as such, our experience and expertise is second to none. Having been at the forefront of introducing Segways to corporate and team building events, we like to think we know a thing or two about what our clients want.
With a fleet of the very latest Segways, made up of both models, we can accommodate pretty much any request, anywhere in Britain, as long as it’s safe!
How often have you heard “we did that last year” or “we want to do something different” Utilising the “Segway Experience” at your next event will be sure to have people walking away with a Segway Smile. Indeed, we cannot ever remember having had anyone get off and say, “I didn’t enjoy that”. In fact it’s not uncommon for clients to come across to us either at lunchtime, or after the event, to ask for extra rides. Of course, we will accommodate this as much as possible. The reason? We started out as Segway enthusiasts and just love to share the “Segway Experience” with as many people as possible.
We emphasise safety at all events, and give everyone hands on instruction, with fully trained and experienced instructors. The smooth operation and handling of your clients is of utmost importance to us, which is why we operate a “multiple” instructor policy. We do not run an event with less than two instructors.
We have plenty of experience at allowing as many people as possible to have a safe and enjoyable "Segway Experience". It’s not uncommon to handle up to 250 or more people in a day, get them all familiar with the Segway and then competing team against team.
A Segway at your event adds a truly memorable experience, whatever the occasion. For fun filled activity with a difference, you'll have guests talking about your event long after it's all over and ensure that it is not forgotten for a long time. Your guests can learn to ride in a matter of minutes. Because we use only the latest models, which are totally intuitive, becoming confident takes, quite literally, just a few minutes.
Because the Segway is totally emission free in operation, as well as virtually silent, they are just as capable of being used indoors as well as outdoors. And of course, you can keep a clear conscience knowing your not contributing to global warming!
Add a little zest to your event. Pit customer against customer, or department against department in a Segway slalom race or another of the three or four games and activities we have devised. The options are only as limited as your (and our) imagination!
